A delicate floral woody musk fragrance offering an olfactive interpretation of light. Top notes include citrus bursts of mandarin, bergamot and cassis. A floral heart of rose, jasmine and orange blossom rests on a base of sandalwood, cedar wood, musk, patchouli and benzoin.

Our perfumer's notes: A very easy to wear clean fresh fragrance. Its opening is a juicy citrus zing with the slightest hint of spice. It gets better with a nicely balanced soft and light powdery floral dry-down wrapped in white musk. Moderate sillage and good to moderate longevity.

Just wow

I was very very sceptical so bought the small version. I can honestly say this is a fantastic replica. I get compliments, the scent STAYS and doesn't shift from the first notes you get. V similar to Joy by Dior. Buying full size.

The colour and scent were Lovely and very similar when first received but seems to have changed after a month or so? Still nice though.

Lack of full information.

After I had ordered, I discovered there are two "Joy"s, a Dior, and a Jean Patou. I would have like to know if Match covers both, and which is number 8, but I couldn't e-mail them. Daemon Failure. Perhaps they will tell me now? I do like the one I got, and think it is Jean Patou, but it would be nice to be sure.

Okay, but clearly not Joy

The perfume smells a little old, the way it does when a bottle has been open for some time. I’ll use it because I have it and it’s not terrible but, sadly, won’t be reordering it. A shame because Joy is no longer being made. Sorry for the ‘meh’ feedback.
